- Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.
- Expedited Shipping: If you select expedited shipping, we will prioritize your order to meet the chosen service's timelines.
Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. ND Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Delivery Confirmation: Once the carrier confirms delivery, ND Essentials is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- Action Steps: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective or damaged.
- Reporting Damages: To report a damaged item, please email us at info@shopndessentials.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
Return to Sender Packages
- Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are unclaimed or refused by the recipient and returned to us will incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
- Refunds: Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned-to-sender packages.
