At ND Essentials, we are dedicated to providing quality modestwear that meets your expectations. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully to understand our practices regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

  • No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon receipt or under special circumstances approved by our customer service team.
  • Sanitary Products: Due to hygienic reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (see Section 4).

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Same Product and Color: Exchanges are only permitted for the same product and color. We do not offer exchanges for different items or colors.
  • Exchange Approval: All exchanges are subject to approval. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

3. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@shopndessentials.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
  • Approval Process: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed if the exchange is approved.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the item was received damaged or defective.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For sanitary and hygienic reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Hijabs
  • Undercaps
  • Any items that come into direct contact with hair or skin in a manner that cannot be sanitized

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopndessentials.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Case-by-Case Basis: Returns under special circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of ND Essentials.

7. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items if a replacement is not available.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

9. International Orders

  • Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with their order.
  • Returns & Exchanges: The same return and exchange policies apply to international orders; however, additional shipping costs and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • No Liability for User Error: ND Essentials is not liable for incorrect product choices, incorrect sizing, or failure to read our policies.
  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

  • We reserve the right to modify this returns and refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
